Introduction
You can set the default colors in this section to color-code the Objectivesobjectives. Such coding can help you understand which objectives call for extra attention. You can define your own colors as well as and add descriptions to explain what they mean.
To Go to Heatmap mode to learn more about Objective color-coding using the Roadmap Objectives module go to Heatmap mode.
Keep in mind:
A
“Box type”box type contains the default settings applicable to multiple
Boxesboxes (all
Boxesboxes of a given type). Those settings are adjusted
in box type administrationin the Administration.
Box configuration refers to the settings of a single, individual
Boxbox. They are dependent on the
“Box type”box type settings.

Please note, changing Changing the configuration might disable turn off (hide) settings or features in the Box Configuration box configuration (of an individual Boxbox) and within different modules. Also, as modules can be renamed or deactivated, the module name in the side menu might change or not be shown at all. |

Security and access
Only a user with the App admin security role can access and manage the box type configuration.
To access this page:
Go to Administration > Box types > click on a box type name > Objectives > Colors.

To add a new color click the "+" button. You can enter :

Click on a box type name.
Go to Objectives > Colors.
Click the + button.
Enter a short description

The Objective health status can be presented following the traffic light convention:
Green
Yellow
Red
Each health status can have a description defining its meaning, e.g., green – on track, yellow – at risk, red – off track. The defined colors appear in the Objective objective edit dialog of the Roadmap Objectives module:.
