In this section, you can manage the Card Views of a given Box. Card Card Views allow you to create and configure different Task card layouts used to display task information in the Board module.
Task cards are used for displaying display task attributes in the form of rectangular cards, which is very convenient as you can move . Moving them around and change changing selected attributes by dragging and dropping or inline editing field values is very convenient. Any Any Jira issue type can be displayed as a task cards task cards in the Board module.
Using the Card View creator, you can add different fields to the card and change the dimensions of the added field , as well as, and the card itself.
Security and access
Only a user with a minimum Box admin security role can access and manage the Box configuration.
To edit the Card Views, go to Box configuration > Board type module (Board is the default module name used) > Card Views.

Adding new Card Views
Click the "Add new Card View" button to add a new layout and fill in the fields marked with an asterisk. Set the visibility to "public" , so other users will be able to select the view from the Card View drop-down.
For example: Robert wants to create his personal layout , so he can to view the time-tracking progress on each card with available time estimates. He creates makes a new layout named 'Robert's Card View':

Once created, the new view appears on the list of Card View in the Box configuration list, and users can select the new layout using the Card View drop-down. To modify the layout, click the Card View summary link in the Summary column:

Use the Card View creator to design the card , and drag and drag-and-drop fields from the list of available fields onto the card to add a new field:

Users can now apply the new layout by selecting the layout from the Card View drop-down in the Risks module:

Active Card View
If you apply one of the available Views from the Card View drop-down, it becomes "Active," and a green check mark will show up appear next to its name. This means that this view will be applied whenever a user opens the module or returns to it, this view will be applied.
Inheritance mode
The Card Views can be inherited by the sub-level Boxes when the Inheritance mode is set to "Inherited only" or "Own with inherited" in the Box type configuration. This way, every time you create new views or edit the existing ones, all available views will also be updated in the sub-level Boxes as well.

Editing views
Click the 'Details' button to edit the name, visibility options, and description field of a given Card View and apply the changes by hitting the 'Save' button:

Duplicating Card Views
You can duplicate an existing layout and adjust it to your needs. Click the 'Duplicate' button, and the App will create a copy of a selected view:

Deleting Card Views
To delete a Card View, click the 'bin' button. You can not delete the active view, and, as a minimum, there must be at least one view defined:
