Reports and Timesheets app by Appfire is incompatible with Jira v9.2 and above, which uses MySQL 8.0 as the backend.
MySQL 8.0 includes ROW as a reserved keyword, which is also used by the Reports and Timesheets app. This incompatibility means the app Reports and Timesheet app does not work with MySQL 8.0 as the backendUpgrade to the latest Atlassian release of the Jira software version 9.4.11, 9.10.2, 9.11.1 or higher, which includes the MySQL 8.x fix,andthe ActiveObjects library upgraded to version 5.0.3.
