Overview

This gadget displays the sales of all vendor’s apps aggregated in the apps of the selected vendor over a period of time. It’s pretty similar to the Atlassian Marketplace Sales Report (in fact, it uses the same colors).You will choose the Select the metric (the type of transaction, region, or hosting) and the aggregation time (weekly or monthly).

Configuration

Name your gadget meaningfully, so everyone knows at a glance what it is about and when to use it. Fill out the rest of the fields as applicable, namely:

• The datasource, select a Marketplace datasource (see Add and Manage Datasources).

• The vendor associated with the marketplace partner account.

• The time period you want to display and compare the number of downloads of your appsales.

• Choose the Compare with the previous period, this allows you to compare the sales with the previous period of time.

• The metric (aggregation field) between either the type of transaction, region, hosting, or hostingtier size.

• Choose the The aggregation time between either week and or month.

• Finally, indicate if you want to use the current settings for all the compatible gadgets in the dashboard. This option eases the pain of configuring one by one the rest of the gadgets with the same default configuration.
