Overview
A big picture of organizations is often represented as the product sales over a period of time, usually quarters, and the comparison with the previous period of time. This overview gives valuable information, which combined with other metrics, are used to take the pulse of the business.

Overview
Reviews influence the purchase decisions of buyers, that’s a fact. And several studies indicate that more than 90% of customers read and trust reviews before buying online. Whether we like it or not, our product and company public image includes the customer reviews and how we react to them. Thus, our customer service process has to incorporate a mechanism to timely detect reviews and provide a professional answer.
This gadget displays the last five reviews of a marketplace partner account, no matter which app the review belongs to, over a specific period of time. Each review includes the reviewer name and avatar, the rating, the rated app, the total number of reviews and rating of the app, and the comment that the reviewer left.

The datasource, select a Marketplace datasource (see Add and Manage Datasources).
The period of time you want to display and compare the total sales vendor associated with the marketplace partner account.
Finally, indicate if you want to use the current settings for all the compatible gadgets in the dashboard. This option eases the pain of configuring one by one the rest of the gadgets with the same default configuration
