Exclude prefix while naming newly created boards

Previously, in the Delegated Project Creator for JIRA app, when you created a project from a template that used a board template from Agile Board Template Builder, the newly created board name was prefixed with JIRA Agile Board. With Agile Board Template Builder for JIRA, v2.3 release, this prefix is no longer added to the newly created board name.
