Pie charts are useful for displaying a parts-to-whole connection for categorical or nominal data. With Time to SLA for Jira Cloud, you can present SLA status information as a pie chart.
To generate an SLA Status Report:

Go to SLA Reports.

Click Report Type and select SLA Status Report.

Select Filter Type to limit the scope of your issues by utilizing either Project, JQL, or Issue Filters.

When filtering for your report, you cannot use slaFunctions for JQL search. Instead, click the ➕More button to narrow down your SLAs in the report. |

Select the SLAs you want to generate the report for. Keep in mind that the menu displays all of your SLAs, both enabled and disabled. Leave blank to include them all.

Click Chart Interval to set a time period for your report. You can filter the chart data based on SLA Start Time, SLA End Time, or SLA Deadline within an interval you choose.

Customize the report to your needs by selecting ➕ More, Format, and/or adding Columns.

Click Generate to create your SLA Status Report.
