Installation Notes
Power Custom Fields PRO™ packages together the following Jira apps:
- Warden app — responsible for licensing of our products
- SIL Engine™™ Engine — library with utility routines and the SIL™ language parser
- Power Custom Fields PRO™ app — contains the necessary functionality
SIL Engine™™ Engine and Warden are shared across our power portfolio products. If you disable any of those, the functionality built on top of them will stop working. Unlike Warden, SIL Engine™™ Engine is published on the Atlassian Marketplace, and we recommend that you install updates compatible for this app as soon as they appear.
...
- Uninstall Power Custom Fields PRO™.
- Uninstall Warden app.
- Uninstall SIL Engine™™ Engine app.
- Install the version of Power Custom Fields PRO™ that is compatible with your Jira version. Ensure that you use the OBR file you downloaded or use directly the UPM search and install feature (recommended).
SIL Engine™™ Engine and Warden should now have the right versions as well.
- Check any dependent apps, such as Power Scripts™ for Jira or Power Actions™, etc. Note that these apps must be re-enabled manually.
