Step 1: Define the estimation field
After all team members agree Once your team agrees on an issue estimate usually you want , it's important to have a designated field to store the agreed value saved somewhere. For JIRA scrum boards there is a special Scrum boards, the recommended field for this purpose called is Story points. Unfortunately kanban boards don't have such field out of the box. It means However, Kanban boards do not have this field by default, which is why you have to define where issue estimates will be stored. In order to do that go to the /wiki/spaces/JPP/pages/148570536 and use the Estimation field dropdown.
