excerptSummary Publisher for Salesforce and Confluence configuration mappings page are not showing any values in the drop-down list for Article record type nor in the Article Type Field.  When publishing an article from Jira, some of the Data Categories are not displaying. In Salesforce, the Data Categories are showing correctly. Environment Confluence Cloud Diagnostics Steps Not applicable. Cause User used during authentication process is not a Knowledge User in Salesforce. Workaround Not applicable.   Resolution User used in authentication process needs have the Knowledge User setting enabled on their profile. In Salesforce, follow these steps: Go to Setup In Quick Find, search User Click Edit for the authentication user On the right side, look for Knowledge User and Enable the setting Click Save In Jira, Refresh the Configuration page under Salesforce PublisherNone Cause Data Categories name does not support special characters. Workaround None Resolution Edit and modify the Category group’s name in Salesforce. Refer to the Salesforce - Create and Modify Category Groups article to locate the Data Categories. Remove the special characters to resolve the issue.
