    Jira admins can configure a post function directly from the WorkFlow Pro agent (Assign Issue post function from JMWE).

Start a chat

To start a chat with the WorkFlow Pro agent:

  1. Click Chat on the right of the top navigation bar in Jira. The chat window opens.

  2. Select WorkFlow Pro from the agent dropdown. If WorkFlow Pro is not listed, select Browse Agents. You can then use the search function and select WorkFlow Pro in the search results.

  3. Enter your prompt in the input field at the bottom of the chat window, then press Enter on your keyboard or click the Submit icon. If you need some ideas to get started, try one of the suggested prompts.

Answers and actions
