Request questions feature allows you to define questions that must be answered when a trusted user requests a new project. These help you understand and analyze the project requests better.

These questions are added to project requests of all project templates. |
Add new question
Select Apps from the Settings menu () on the top right corner.
Navigate to DELEGATED PROJECT CREATOR > Project request settings in the left sidebar to view the Configure Project Request Settings page.
Select the Request questions tab.

Provide values to the following fields:
Question: Enter a relevant question that helps you know more about the project request.
Type: Select a question type from the following available list of options to answer:
Text (single line text entry)
Text box (multi line text entry)
Select (dropdown)
Values: Specify a value for the respective question.
For Text and Text box question types, the specified value becomes the default value.
For Select question type, the specified values are displayed as options to select from the drop-down. Specify each value in a separate row (a new entry into the list).
Required: Turn this toggle Off to make the question optional for a trusted user to answer while submitting a project request. By default, this toggle is On making it mandatory for the trusted user to answer.
Click to add the new entry to the page.
Use drag and drop () to rearrange the order of request questions. The same order is reflected in the Request New Project screen.
Edit an existing question
In the Request questions tab, click next to an existing question to edit the respective question within the row and click Update to save your changes.
Delete an existing question
In the Request questions tab, click next to an existing question to delete the respective question.
