Sub-objectives

In this tab, you can see all the sub-objectives aligned directly to the objective you’re viewing along with the basic data about their progress.

  • You can update the sub-objective’s status by clicking on the 3-dots menu and choosing the Update option

  • You can delete the sub-objective by clicking on the 3-dots menu and choosing the Delete option

  • You can change the sub-objective’s weight by clicking the pencil icon on the sub-objectives card

  • You can also add a new sub-objective by clicking on the “+ Add” menu at the top of the Alignment section and choosing “Sub-objective”. You’ll be redirected to the objective creation form.

Key results

Dependencies

In this tab, you can see all OKRs that are linked to the one you’re viewing via a dependency link along with the basic data about their progress.

  • You can link a new dependency by clicking on the “Link” menu at the top of the Alignment section and choosing the Dependency option. You will then see 2 dropdowns: the link type selector and the OKR selector. After choosing both, click the “Link” button. The OKRs are now linked.

Contributions

In this tab, you can see all OKRs that are linked to the one you’re viewing via a contribution link along with the basic data about their progress. Contribution links can show OKRs that are not in a direct hierarchy but do contribute to one another, i.e. OKRs from one team supporting an OKR from another team.

In the next iteration of this feature, we’ll add a possibility to contribute with to the OKR’s progress and to add weight to the linked OKR in a similar manner that KRs contribute to an objective and have a weight assigned.

Copies

In this tab, you can an OKR from which the one you’re viewing was copied (if it was copied from another OKR) or all OKRs that are a copy of the OKR that you’re viewing (if there were any copies made). These links are created automatically after a copy is created.
