Page Comparison

Once you have created a synchronization profile, that profile is added to the profiles list. While you can click on a profile to open it and edit the sections in that profile, there are a number of several operations that can be accessed from the profile entry on the Sync Profiles page.

Each profile entry on the Sync Profiles page provides the following:

• Sync Profile number (for example, Sync Profile #1)

• The Jira and Azure project names associated with the profile

• The profile status –

Each profile has a set of operations to select from. Click the Options icon (…)and select from the following:

• See Overview - open /wiki/spaces/DEVM/pages/463930525 the Profile Overview for Profile history and Sync log

• Turn sync on/Turn sync off - enable or disable synchronization for this profile. This option is unavailable for profiles in a

  Status
  colour Blue title draft

  state.

• Start Initial Sync - go to the Initial Synchronization page for this profile. This option is unavailable for profiles in a

  Status
  colour Blue title draft

  state.
  

• Clone - create a new synchronization profile based on this profile.
  When the Clone dialog opens, confirm the default profile name or enter a new profile name and click Clone and open.

  

  Once you click Clone and open, the current sync profile closes, and the new cloned sync profile opens.

• Delete - delete this profile.
  When the Delete profile? panel opens, enter DELETE PROFILE and click Delete profile.
