Select an Asynchronous Calculation Thread Type. The options are Fork Join Pool, Executors, and Single Thread.
Enter an Asynchronous Calculation Thread Count. This will determine how many threads will execute the asynchronous calculation task. We recommend 5.
If you want all SLA calculations to be done asynchronously, enable System-wide asynchronous SLA calculations.
Click Save.
