Warning

You can't access Box Configuration if a Box is in 'Closed' status.

There are two ways of accessing the Box Configuration of an individual Box. 

Firstly, when you are in a Box you want to configure, click the cog icon at the top right. It is available in all modules. Image Removed

Secondly, you can click on the wrench icon. It is visible only in the Hierarchy view of an Overview module.

You can be in the Box you are trying to configure (as shown below) - the user is in the "TC-150 Hybrid Project" Box. Image Removed

Or you can be in one of the parent Boxes, in the upper level of the hierarchy. For example, you can be in the Home (root) Box. Image Removed

Or you could be in a Portfolio Box (if you are nesting Boxes to create a more complex hierarchy).Image Removed

Accessing the box configuration page

Info

You can access the box configuration page only for boxes whose status is set to Not started or In progress. Boxes with the status Closed cannot be configured.

There are two methods to access the box configuration page for an individual box.

You can access the box configuration page directly from the Overview module, both on the root level and on the selected box level.

From the Overview module

  1. Open the box hierarchy on the root or box level in the Overview module.

  2. Click the More actions (triple dots) iconnext to the box you want to configure.

  3. From the drop-down menu, select Configure.

Alternatively:

  1. Right-click the box swimlane to prompt the context menu.

  2. Select Configure.

  1. Open the box you want to configure.

  2. Click the module switcher (available in any module) and select Configuration.
