Overview
The Application and License report is focused on Jira administrators who wish to get updates on the currently installed applications and add ons. Users will be able to quickly get information on application licenses, updates, and costs.
The Application and License report is broken out into the following sections:
- System Information
- Report Summary
- Versions & Licenses
User Installed Add Ons
System Information
The System Information section is designed to provide high-level details about the Jira instance for which the health report was run and is useful in the event there are multiple systems being monitored.
Report Summary
This section summarizes the number of checks run in the report and the number of passes and fails recorded by the report. It provides a high-level overview of the success of the checks run against the system.
Versions & Licenses
A break down of the Atlassian applications (Jira Core, Jira Software, and Jira Service Desk) installed on the current system. The breakdown for each application includes the following information:

Description
Version
- Maintenance expires date
- License type
- Organisation name
- Support Entitlement Number (SEN)
- Data Center
- Evaluation Status
- User Count
- Valid Support
User Installed Add Ons
Section includes add ons installed by the user OR that come preinstalled by Jira that a user can uninstall. The breakdown of each add on includes the following information:
- Name
- Description
- Installed Version
- Vendor Name
- Update Status
- Type
- Valid Support
- License Size
- License Type
- Marketplace Cost
- Marketplace Renewal Cost
- Valid time frame
Finally a summation of all Marketplace costs are totaled at the end of this section along with an evaluation of current upgrade statuses of all add ons.
