New features
Assign Issue action with JMWE
WorkFlow Workflow Pro can now configure a post function directly from your prompts in the chat window. This release delivers support for the Assign Issue post function from JMWE. WorkFlow When you start the chat, Workflow Pro uses the context of where you are in Jira when you start the the chat, identifying the project and the corresponding workflows. Why have we added this feature?
Simple: to save time. Jira admins now have the choice to add a simple automation wherever they are in Jira, without navigating through multiple clicks to a draft workflow and then into JMWE configuration.
How does it work?
From a chat, state the exact workflow and transition where you want to add the automation or let the WorkFlow Pro agent use the context of the issue you have open. For example, if you have JMWE installed, you can tell the agent to create a rule that when assigns an issue to a specific user when it is moved to

Updating workflows directly from a chat requires the Edit permission to be enabled on the Rovo Agent Permissions page. See Settings to learn more.
Limitations of using WorkFlow Pro chat instead of JMWE directly
Currently, we do not support pre-conditional logic.
Assign issue scope is restricted to the issue in transition.

Audit log
If you use WorkFlow Pro to perform actions on your behalf, you can view a record of these actions. The audit log displays the history of actions performed by WorkFlow Pro, including the user who prompted the agent, the action, the updated workflow, the date, and the name of our agent. Settings
WorkFlow Pro needs permissions permission to view your Jira project data and to perform actions on your behalf. By defaultWhen the app is first installed, both of the permissions are disabled when the app is first installedby default. To change the permission settings, go Jira to Settings () > Apps > WorkFlow Pro > Settings. The permission settings apply to all users in your Jira instance. Only Jira admins can update workflows directly from the WorkFlow Pro chat. See Settings to learn more.
