Migrating Update on Transition app data to Jira Cloud

You can migrate your Update on Transition app data to Jira Cloud using Atlassian's Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA) to a cloud instance where you have installed Create on Transition for Jira Cloud.  Atlassian provides detailed guidance on how to smoothly run your migrations with JMCA. We recommend that you review their documentation before proceeding.

Note

Please note, app-compatibility with JCMA is still considered in beta. We are offering our customers and partners early access to the functionality so that we may get feedback on the migration experience by participating customers.

While we strive for functionality that works 100% as intended, there may be undiscovered issues as we test and improve the compatibility.

It is highly recommended to first test your migration on a different Cloud instance so that you may become familiar with the results, before proceeding to migrate your Server app-data to your production Cloud instance.
