Migrating your PRO license is recommended, as new improvements and maintenance will only be implemented into PCF.
Both UGP PRO and PCF Premium will continue to function in parallel, however . However we strongly recommend that you uninstall UGP PRO at your earliest convenience because the migration task happens only once.
Do NOT create more custom fields via UGP PRO. All PCF Pro functionality exists in PCF.
After installing PCF Premium and uninstalling UGB PRO, we strongly recommend restarting Jira and performing a Jira re-index.
Troubleshooting
We have worked hard so that PCF Premium and UGB PRO work in parallel, allowing you to switch editions easily. However, if you encounter problems during your migration, here's a list of known issues.
