Prerequisites
Admin permissions for the Assets and Inventory app.
Instructions
Export search results to CSV (Microsoft Excel)
:Choose Assets >In the top navigation bar, select Asset Navigator.
Refine your search , then choose to fit your needs.
Under the Export menu, select Export CSV. The configuration page displays.
Choose "Export CSV" from the dropdown menuthe delimiter. Select the delimiter, and click
Check the Include linked assets option if linked issues should be printed.
Click Download.
A file
callednamed Assets <Time Stamp>.csv
is created.

AIP
also enables you to
export your asset search results from the Asset Navigator to HTML
using predefined export templates. This
method is useful for printing custom documents with
asset details, such as having an employee's signature
To export search results to HTML:
Choose Assets >for asset checkouts.
In the top navigation bar, select Asset Navigator.
Refine your search , then choose according to your use case.
Under the Export menu.
Choose "Export HTML" from the dropdown menu.
Name the template, select the export style, and optionally, complete user selection. Click Download.

Individual assets view: Each asset will be displayed one by one.
User
Select an User if the template has User variables, i.e user name
Include linked issues
Linked issues will be printed when this option is checked
A file called Assets <Time Stamp>.html will be created. Print this file using a browser.

It is possible to add any HTML tag to the template, i.e Company Logo/name.
Export to Cloud
This provides a guide on migrating assets from on-premise to the cloud. Users can now seamlessly transfer their assets by utilizing the "Export for Cloud" feature, eliminating the need for manual formatting tasks such as, select Export HTML. The configuration page displays.
Pick the export style you prefer:
Grid view for an Excel-style list.
Individual assets view for a sequential display of each asset.
If the template has user variables (for example, a username), select a user.
Check the Include linked assets option if linked issues should be printed.
Click Download.
A file named Assets <Time Stamp>.html
is created. Use a browser to print this file. You can personalize the HTML template to include any tags, such as your company logo or name.

Export search results for Jira Cloud
This section provides guidance on migrating assets from Jira Data Center/Server to Jira Cloud. It aims to ensure a seamless transfer of assets and eliminate manual tasks like adjusting headers and organizing data.
Prerequisites
Before initiating the migration process, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
Access to the on-premise Data Center/Server asset repository.
Permission to export assets.Properly configured cloud A properly configured Cloud environment.
To export for Cloud:
Choose Assets >Steps
In the top navigation bar, select Asset Navigator.
Refine your search , then choose according to your use case.
Under the Export menu.Choose ", select Export for Cloud" from the dropdown menu. The configuration page displays.
Select the delimiter, and click Download.
The system will generate a
