This installation page explains how to install Create on Transition in a Jira Cloud instance.

Before You Begin

  • You must be logged in as a Jira administrator to complete the installation.

  • Browser requirements for Create on Transition match the relevant Jira requirements. See Atlassian's Supported Browser page for the version of Jira that you are using.

  • You need a license for Create on Transition. You can use a free Evaluation license for 30 days.

Instructions

  1. Click the Jira Settings cog in the top right of your Jira instance and select Apps.

  2. Select Find new apps from the sidebar to navigate to the Atlassian Marketplace for Jira page.

  3. Type Create on Transition in the search field and hit Enter.

  4. Select the app in the search results, then click Try it Free to install it.

  5. Click Start Free Trial then select your Jira instance. A confirmation message and the app details display once it installs successfully.

Once the app is installed, you can click Get Started when prompted to navigate to our documentation and learn more about the app.
