This article explains how to create multiple issues using the Create on Transition app, based on the number selected in a custom field using the Create on Transition app.

Demo is considered as a numeric custom field in this article.

1. Add a post-function to the intended transition to create an issue.
   1. To add a post-function, navigate to Cogwheel > Issues > Workflows > select the workflow of the project and edit the same.
2. Select Create Issue post function as shown below.:

3. Select the Click on Conditions & Configurations tab. You can consider adding a condition either by considering customfield the custom field ID (section point# a mentioned below) or by customfield custom field name (section point# b mentioned below) as shown below. 
   1. Add %function_list(1, %customfield_12200%)% in the Create multiple issues section. customfield_12200 is the customfield ID of Demo.

      1. Customfield Custom field ID can be identified by hovering th the mouse over the screen of the respective custom field .

   2. Add %function_list(1, %Demo%)% in the Create multiple issues section.:

      By giving the mentioned function_list function multiple issues will be created depending based on the numeric value entered in the custom field named Demo: Demo.
4. Click Update to save the settings. Verify the condition.:

5. Publish the workflow draft.
6. Perform the transition In Progress as shown below. You will notice that issues are created based on the numeric value entered value entered in the custom field: Demo.
