When we try creating multiple issues based on the number of custom field values selected which (multi-select) which are having similar values then it is recommended to pass the condition in Create multiple issues column, instead of giving the conditions based on the regex pattern. By using regex, we need to make multiple combinations in order to make the condition work as expected.
