This article explains how to access the parameter "URL to Excel file" from the app Excel app Excel for Confluence.

These instructions will help you to access the excel file from the URL.

1. Make sure you have Excel for Confluence app installed in your confluence instance.

2. Go to the page where you want to copy the URL, below is the example of an attachment URL by right-clicking and Copy the Link address.
   
3. Insert and Edit the Excel macro.

4. Enter the below details and click on Preview.
