- Log in to the Confluence.
- Insert the Table Plus CSV macro of of Advanced Tables.
- Insert the table and enter the data.
- Edit the Table Plus macro:
Prepare a CSV file with URLs. - Attach the CSV file to the page.
- Edit the CSV macro, goto Data format, give [%URL%] to Augments to data row values.
- Goto Data settings, select Output format as wiki and click Save settings.
- Click Update on the confluence page.

- On the Advanced Tables Editor > Column settings > Start formatting and give Column type as Hide the Column (H) from the drop-down and Save settings as mentioned in the below screenshots:
