These instructions will help you Here are the instructions to access the excel file from the specified URL.:

  1. Make sure Ensure you have Excel for Confluence app installed in your confluence instance.

  2. Go to the page where you want to copy the URL, below is the example of an attachment URL by right-clicking and Copy the Link address.that has the Excel file, right-click on the file and select Copy Link Address. Note that this address is different from URL of the webpage. 
  3. Insert and Edit the Excel macro.

  4. Enter the below details and click on Preview.
