This article explains how to create bulk users in Jira using Jira Command Line Interface (CLI).

Instructions

1. Create a CSV file with the list of required data filled into the columns userId, UserEmailuserEmail, UserFullNameuserFullName, UserPassword userPassword and group as shown in the following screenshot below:
    

2. Combine the actions runFromCsv and addUser to create bulk users in Jira. Please see the example action below:
