Remove the leading/trailing spaces from the custom field name by following the below steps:

1. Goto Go to Jira application's Cogwheel → Fields → Custom fields → The custom field name Issues
2. In the left hand sidebar Click on Custom fields under the Fields section.
3. In the list of custom fields, go to the desired custom field and click again on Image Added → Edit.
4. Check In the Field Name, verify if there are any leading/trailing spaces in the name.
   1. If so, remove the spaces and save Update the custom field.
