Currently, the Comala Document Management Cloud app cannot have more than one active space workflow defined and there . There is no option to filter the this space workflow application by the content label.

Workaround
In cloud, a workflow can be created with different paths, to be applied at space level.
For example, if there are pages in your space that do not require a workflow to be applied, you could add a workflow state 'No workflow needed' to your workflow.
