Symptoms
One or more SQL macros return the following error:

Cause
The data source profile referenced by the SQL macro is unable to physically locate the JDBC driver on your Confluence server.
Resolution
Double check path and the exact name of the JDBC file within the configuration screen of the data source profile in question.
