Initial Release

This is the first release of the Markdown plugin for Confluence add-on bringing the capability to integrate Markdown content into Confluence.

Three macros are provided:

• Markdown macro for direct input of Markdown markup
• Markdown-attachment macro renders Markdown content provided as an attachment
• Markdown-url macro renders Markdown content retrieved from a url connection
