This article illustrates the process of adding a GitHub GitLab profile in Markdown.

Before you begin:To add a profile, you will need the following:

Steps
Navigate to CONFLUENCE ADMINISTRATION > General Configuration > BOB SWIFT CONFIGURATION > Markdown > Profiles.
Click Add Profile.
- Enter a profile name in the Profile name text box.
- Select GitHub Select GitLab from the options in Profile type. You will notice that the Header parameters are auto-filled.
- Enter the API URL for GitHub GitLab in the URL text box. For example, https://apigitlab.githubexample.com/api/.
- Enter the personal Personal access token for your GitHub GitLab profile in the Access token text box.
- Click Save profile to create a Profile.
