Description | Add a plan notification. There are 2 parts to a notification - an event that triggers the notification and a recipient type that determines the notification protocol. There are built-in notifications and others provided by add-ons. A recipient type may have additional parameters. Generally, these can be specified by field parameters. In some cases, pre-defined parameters are available. |
