  1. If the migration fails for any reason, please collect the Deployment ID and provide it to us by opening a support ticket in the Support Portal. Refer to our article How to find the deployment ID when a deployment fails using CMJ Cloud.

  2. Also, we advise to download a 'Support Zip' (which contains information and logs from your Jira system and Cloud Migration Tool) and attach it to the support request. Refer to https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/create-a-support-zip-790796819.html.

  3. Atlassian recommends submitting a MOVE ticket once you've committed to planning your migration. They will assign a dedicated cloud migration manager (CMM) to your ticket to assist you throughout the entire migration. The CMM can help you choose the best tools and strategies for your organization.
