We created a simple product to help people successfully introduce and work with the OKR framework in their organizations. For C-levels, managers, team leaders, and anyone who has accepted the challenge of focusing work on the things that matter.

To make OKRs work for your organization, you should keep track of what’s going on on your level of interest. In OKRs for Jira you can post updates both for KRs and for the objectives. Make your business-as-usual focused and link Jira issues to related KRs. Track their progress on the Kanban board and make reviewing the board a part of your weekly OKR review meeting.
