Saving these changes might take a few minutes depending on how many issues you have in your projects. Once saved you’ll notice that issues in Swanly updated their start and end dates based on the fields you selected. Now if the selected field gets updated in Jira then the issue start and end date in Swanly update as well and vice versa.

All dates that are set in Swanly for Start and end date get updated with values that are in selected Jira fields. If there are no dates set in Jira fields, there will be also no dates set in Swanly. If you would like to keep Swanly dates that were set prior to the mapping then please read the following documentation where you find steps on how to do exactly that. |

Once saved all dates in Swanly remain as prior to these changes. However, Now if you update the start date in Swanly, the change doesn’t reflect in any of the Jira fields and vice versa.
