Once you created and scheduled your issue on the roadmap, you can come back to it and update any of the issue attributes, including Summary, Assignee, Template, Dates, and Status.

How to update the issue

  1. Navigate to Swanly via Apps > Swanly Roadmaps > Issue view

  2. Open issue report panel by clicking on the activity name in the roadmap or list view

  3. In the report panel, click on a field (issue attribute) that you want to update

  4. Update the attribute

  5. Click on the Checkbox icon to save or Cross icon to cancel the changes

How to reschedule issue

You can reschedule both issue dates and stage dates.

  1. In the report panel, click on the Issue start date or Issue end date - a calendar modal will appear

  2. Click on the desired date - changes will be saved automatically

  3. Click on Edit stage dates to reschedule issue stages
