If you're using the same component across many projects you may see some of these synchronization conflicts appear.
It usually happens when you change the same attribute of the component in more projects in between synchronization.

How to solve synchronization conflicts?
- Click on
the icon next to the Create component button to see what conflict is.
See what component has conflicts and on which attributes.
Open the component detail in Octo and update field which caused conflict.
Now you can run synchronization again or wait till it's run automatically (every 4 hours).

You can find out what the changes which caused conflict were by going to the project components and finding the componentwhen you find the component in the Jira project components screen. |
