1. Create sub-components using drag and drop in the Component hierarchy

In the main Jira navigation menu, go to Apps > Octo Component management.
In Octo click on the Component hierarchy tab.
You need to have at least two Jira Components to create a sub-component. You can use Create component button to create new Jira components.
Click on one of the components in the list and drag it over the other component and then drop.
