In Hedge, you can assess any type of Jira issue as a risk or you can use the default type called Risk that is automaticaly automatically generated for Company-managed projects.
How to create risk in Hedge

Click on the Create button in the main Jira navigation menu on top of the page
Select Risk issue type or any other issue type that you would like to log as risk
Fill in the summary and any mandatory fields and click on the Create button
Risk will then appear in the Risk register after you reftesh refresh the page.
