You can create your own metric or edit the existing ones. To make prioritization easier you can select from multiple metrics types:

• ⭐️ Rating - creates 5 stars rating

• 🏷 Label - creates a set of labels with custom names and colours

• ✏️ Short text - creates a dropdown with text values (same as Labels but without the colours)

• 🔢 Number - Creates the field that accepts a number input (non-decimal values)

Add a new metric

From Project menu navigate to the Priorities tab.

1. Click on +Add a new metric button

2. Select the metric type - Label, Number, Rating and Short text

3. Give metric a name

   1. If the metric type is Label

      1. then add at least one value by clicking on +Add a new value button

      2. Assign a colour, give value a name and select the numeric value that’s going to be used for priority score calculation

   2. If the metric type is Number

      1. then no additional action is needed

   3. if the metric type is Rating

      1. than 5-star rating will be automatically created

      2. review assigned numeric values and edit when needed - they’re going to be used for priority score calculation

   4. if the metric type is Short text

      1. then add at least one value by clicking on +Add a new value button

      2. give value a name and select the numeric value that’s going to be used for priority score calculation

4. Once you’re done with changes click on Save changes button
