Workload plans cannot overlap. You can assign multiple consecutive workload plans to a resource, but they can never overlap. Only one workload plan is applicable at any given moment. |

So for workload plans, if you want someone to work the weekends you need to make sure that the holiday plan won't cancel out the capacity.
