What’s New

JSU walkthrough video

We replaced the JSU overview video on the Get Started page with a 2-minute interactive tour to help you get started faster. Go to the Get Started page in the app then follow the steps as we show you where and how to create an automation rule in JSU.

Updated evaluator survey

We published an updated onboarding survey for trial licenses. This short, 2-question survey helps us customize your JSU onboarding experience by suggesting use cases based on your answers.

Bug fixes

  • Update Any Issue Field post function: Resolved an issue with parsing user input for the Request Participant field. User IDs separated by commas are now handled correctly. The fix also applies to the Set subfunction used with the Create Linked Issue post function.

  • Universal Rule Builder: Resolved an issue with the Update Any Issue Field component where Unassigned did not render correctly in the Assignee dropdown after it was selected.
