Viewing Jira Issues in Salesforce
In a Salesforce object, you will see a dropdown option to choose the Jira site connection. Choose the Jira connection of your choice.
Note The dropdown will not show if the Salesforce instance has only one Jira connection. To check the connections, read How do I connect more than one Jira connection in my Salesforce environment?.
Switching the connection will switch the content within the panel. A tick symbol indicates which Jira connection issues you are currently viewing.

Creating and associating Jira Issues in Salesforce
In the Salesforce object, click the Associate/Create button.
Click the Select a Connection dropdown to choose your Jira connection.
