Suppose When the TFS4JIRA Self-Hosted server undergoes a restart for any reason, whether intentional or due to other factors, and the customer does not access the Synchronizer UI for 3-4 days or n days. In that case, issues synchronisation synchronization will only happen once the Synchronizer UI is opened if you desire automatic syncing upon server restart without the need to open the UI, As you have already enabled the App Pool StartMode to be set as AlwaysRunning.
