1. Upgrade the Page Approval app

  • In Confluence Server, ensure the Page Approval app is up-to-date. To check:

    1. Go to ⚙ > Manage apps

    2. Search for Page Approval from the list. Make sure that the app is updated.

2. Prepare the Migration tool

  • Migrate your data using the Confluence Cloud Migration tool.

    2. In the Assess your apps window, mark Page Approval as Needed in Cloud. Mark any other app that you want to migrate, then click Done

    2. Click Prepare your Apps and enter your destination cloud site, then click Continue.

    3. If the app is not installed in the cloud site, install it and then click Continue again.

    4. Click View Policy and review the app policy. Next, click Confirm.

    5. The app is now up to date and ready to be migrated to the cloud site, click Done to exit the window.

  1. When you're ready, click Migrate your Data
