excerptPurpose When publishing an article to Salesforcefrom Jira, some of the Data Categories may not display on the list although they exist on Salesforce. Answer This happens due to special character's on the Data Category name not being supportedare not displaying. In Salesforce, the Data Categories are showing correctly. Answer Data Categories name does not support special characters. For example, a Data Category named “What“Wh@t's New” will not show appear in the Articles Categories listArticle Categories in Jira.
