Answer This happens due to special character's on the Data Category name not being supportedare not displaying. In Salesforce, the Data Categories are showing correctly. Answer Data Categories name does not support special characters. For example, a Data Category named “What“Wh@t's New” will not show appear in the Articles Categories listArticle Categories in Jira.
