excerptPurpose When publishing an article from Jira, some of the Data Categories are not displaying. In Salesforce, the Data Categories are showing correctly. Answer Data Categories name does not support special characters. For example, a Data Category named “Wh@t's New” will not appear in the Article Categories list. Cause User used during authentication process is not a Knowledge User in Salesforce. Workaround Not applicable.   Resolution User used in authentication process needs have the Knowledge User setting enabled on their profile. In Salesforce, follow these steps: Go to Setup In Quick Find, search User Click Edit for the authentication user On the right side, look for Knowledge User and Enable the setting Click Save In Jira, Refresh the Configuration page under Salesforce Publisher
