1. Click on the pencil icon for an authorized group and a window will appear.

2. In the Action tab, select the actions that the group can perform. You can allow the group to perform the following:

   1. Export as public to Salesforce

   2. Unlink article from Salesforce, read Unlinking a Confluence page from Salesforce for more details.

3. In the Mappings tab, check the mappings that you want to allow the group to export.

4. In the Data category tab, check the data categories from Salesforce you want to allow the group to view during export.

5. Click Save permission to save your changes.
